Internationale Experten unter anderem von Forrester Research, Google und Microsoft bestätigten die Trends im online Tourismus und verwiesen auf eine deutlich rückläufige Loyalität des online Gastes und einen sehr langen und durch umfassende Recherchen begleiteten Entscheidungsprozess vor einer online Buchung.

Taking place in the well-known RAI Exhibition and Congress Centre. ENTER offers a unique forum for academics, researchers, industry, consultants and government representatives to explore the future of ICTs in Tourism through research and dynamic dialogue within the social network of the IFITT community. ENTER is THE event in Tourism and Technology that brings all parts of our eTourism community together. The three tracks, namely Research, Destinations and Industry are designed in a way that enables maximum exchange of information and interaction. Presentations and debates will explore the state-of-the-art research and industry case studies on the application of information and communication technologies to travel and tourism.
