We love long-term relationships. And we have been doing so for over 20 years! Our team is young, motivated but also experienced. More than 65 colleagues have been part of the team for more than five years – many of them have worked at elements since the very beginning. But that doesn't mean we are old. Quite the opposite. Our average age is a youthful 31.3. It is precisely this diversity and experience that define us.
