As a tracking & analytics specialist, you will be an integral part of the Web Performance Optimization team. And we can promise you one thing: You'll feel right at home in an environment full of tracking, SEO and CRO experts!
You will …
- closely collaborate with our client teams consisting of project managers, analysts and developers.
- work on the creation and further development of tracking and reporting products for our eTourism and eCommerce clients.
- be responsible for the analysis, consolidation and validation of different data sources.
- research and keep an eye on current trends as well as drive the further development of elements tracking and analytics standards.
Your qualifications include
- You have an in-depth understanding of Google Analytics (Universal Analytics; GA4 as a future focus), Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio.
- You are familiar with the Google Cloud Platform and server-side tracking and have already gained some experience with both.
- In addition, you have the ability to quickly acquire knowledge in other analytics platforms such as Matomo.
- The term “data layer” isn’t news to you.
- DSGVO, GDPR & data protection are close to your heart.
- Setting up campaigns/marketing tracking is right up your alley.
- You have technical web know-how (HTML/CSS/JavaScript basics).
- You are team- and service-oriented and can communicate your in-depth knowledge to colleagues or clients.
- Understanding complex structures, networked thinking and a structured approach are exactly your thing.
- You have very good German and English skills.

We offer you an starting salary of EUR 37.800,00 gross/year for a full-time position – with the potential to earn more, depending on your qualifications and experience.
