A new chapter begins

Patrick Edelmayr sees great potential in the 36-hour week:

With our concept, we are opening a new chapter in the agency scene! Flexibility and agility are required in today’s working world. Our task as an employer is to see people as individuals and to create flexible value-creation processes. With 2023, we are tearing down existing work concepts, focusing on more self-determined work and individual measures based on trust in our employees. Because only if we can rely on each other, ‘modern work’ has a realistic future.”

elements and punkt & komma know the importance of their employees and their daily commitment to the digital playground. Successfully mastering digital transformation processes requires an out-of-the-box level of flexibility, self-determination and initiative. Parameters that can be achieved when agile, forward-looking work models are implemented.

Loyalty program: a way to show appreciation for long-term employees

Employee loyalty is a top priority at elements and punkt & komma. Parallel to the “new work” measures, a multi-tiered loyalty program was created for the team. It includes special benefits to express gratitude for each individual.

Managing Director Roland Dessovic:

“It is tremendously important to us that our employees feel good at the company – especially in the long term. The only way to grow is together, so loyalty must be rewarded – also with non-monetary benefits. We value the loyalty of our team members, which is why we offer many interesting benefits. In particular, we promote the areas of wellbeing, work-life balance and sustainability. In other words, essential factors that play a decisive role in the attractiveness of the workplace,”

At the beginning of the year, elements and punkt & komma are introducing the work model that the labor market is currently clamoring for. Fewer hours per week with more flexibility, salary and self-determination, including meaningful work.

A completely new path for 2023, the beginning of a new era, that is only possible thanks to a strong foundation that exists at the company: A sense of appreciative trust between employer and employee that is present in all areas.
