With the World of Mountains & Lakes 2019, an entirely new brand concept was created for the Nassfeld-Pressegger See region in Carinthia. It goes without saying that following the development of an almost completely new corporate identity, the relaunch of the previous website was on the agenda as well.
After a good six years of running the old website and recognizing several potential optimizations, the relaunch came at an opportune moment. It included reviewing the content and navigation structure that had grown over the years as well as introducing a responsive design. In addition, the new concept involved incorporatating 19 websites as well as a new shop and data management system.
The goal: presenting the Nassfeld-Pressegger See region in an intuitive, innovative and timely manner as part of the World of Mountains & Lakes. In addition, the intention was to place a stronger focus on online bookings, making them more easily accessible for users.
Our client since 2008
One of the core elements of Nassfeld’s online presence is the new navigation structure. It intuitively guides users through the various “worlds” and provides them with useful, inspiring and informative content throughout all phases of the customer journey. The distinct design in an appealing dark look is the icing on the cake. It holds a few surprises in store as users go on their online journey through the World of Mountains and Lakes.
Yet another highlight is the up-to-date responsive framework with a central database connection and Feratel TOSC5 integration. Its flexibility also allows it to be applied to other "adventure spaces" in the region. The centralization of all website data was implemented using Datacycle and the associated media archive.
The Lesachtal and Weissensee regions will be included in the framework in the upcoming project phases as well. In addition, a login area with loyalty bonuses is planned, as well as the gradual personalization of the website's content.
