Since 2013, Gusswerk Salzburg has been our beloved headquarters. On more than 4,000 square meters and on three open levels, our team of experts from various disciplines works on impressive digital projects. Our approach: creative, innovative, holistic, full of passion. This creative workplace has kept changing for more than 100 years: First, it was a foundry for church bells – with blast furnaces and tons of red-hot steel. Then it turned into a popular party location. And now, it is home to 170 of the best digital experts that the Austrian agency scene has to offer: the elements crew. The office has just been generously expanded, which means: More space for employees, more meeting rooms, the agency's own bar, and much more room for the creation of digital masterpieces.

When you enter the elements office for the first time, you will immediately notice: This is an extraordinary agency. elements has always been different – and the loft office at Gusswerk Salzburg is definite proof of that.

Three halls with spacious workstations, 15 meters of room height, 10 meeting rooms, an agency bar, and a swing set for “hanging out”: The innovative work-life concept can be felt all around in the office. And it fuses the past and the future in the most skillful way. Modern elements such as corten steel, concrete and glass harmonise perfectly with the old bricks and real wood around them.

Open but quiet. Together but still always focused. We live and love openness and collaboration across departments and competencies. It forms the basis for creating extraordinary digital projects. So every elements employee can decide for themselves how they would like to spend their work day: at their workplace, in the meeting zone, or at one of the height-adjustable hot desks in the centre of all the action.
