Digital agency elements sets course for growth

The management at elements has become a dynamic quartet – and, starting from mid-year, the agency will operate under a new name.

Digital agency elements has expanded its management team and now operates as a dynamic quartet. Also new: Beginning in mid-2024, the subsidiary agency punkt & komma GmbH and New Media Solutions GmbH will unite under a single banner: valantic Austria.

Since its founding in 2002, elements has consistently been keeping an eye on the evolving challenges and developments within the digital realm. The digital industry’s increasing complexity and the heightened project requirements – particularly the growing need for efficient end-to-end solutions – necessitate a comprehensive strategy that prioritizes the clients’ value creation processes.

Resting on three main pillars, the agency is now pursuing a future-oriented expansion strategy:

Dynamic quartet: expanding the top management team

As of January 1, 2024, Ines Eschbacher and Stephan Siller have become new members of the Executive Board – working shoulder to shoulder with Roland Dessovic and Patrick Edelmayr. Familiar with the company and its internal processes, the two new CEOs are true elements “insiders”. 

Ines Eschbacher, founder and CEO of the content and content marketing agency punkt & komma, has been integrally involved in the company’s operations since the merger with elements in 2017. 

Stephan Siller completes the team: He advanced from his role as COO (Chief Operating Officer) to the Management Board and remains the go-to person for operational agendas.

Vertical growth for more independence

The company’s two primary divisions, “Agency” (specializing in Development, UI & UX) and “Digital Marketing”, will now operate independently. This structural change is aimed at facilitating faster, self-reliant project development and improving client support. Key accounts who work with both divisions will receive targeted, comprehensive premium support.

New brand, proven values: valantic Austria

Since 2018, elements has been part of valantic GmbH. With a turnover of approximately 550 million euros and around 4,000 employees by the end of 2023, valantic is one of the fastest growing consulting companies for digital transformation, software development and IT implementation in Europe.

Now elements chose to take another step closer towards valantic. In mid-2024, New Media Solutions GmbH will rebrand to valantic Austria. This will allow the company to benefit even more from the extensive service portfolio, collaborative opportunities, and brand recognition of the international “valantic” brand.

The new management team agrees that these strategic initiatives are the optimal approach to navigate the complexities of the market and to elevate the agency’s service offerings and quality to unprecedented heights.
